My time was 6:54
After that my workout partner for today was none other than Ryan Williams did the WOD but used 65# his time was 3:53
I was still feeling like I had some left in me so I did the WOD again at his weight and did Chest-to-Deck push-ups to increase the difficulty. I got 3:50.
My chest is still shaking…
