111126 WOD

Today’s WOD was 15 sets of triples with 5 pull-ups after each set of triples. The way I broke it down was 5 triples of power clean, 5 triples of hang clean, 5 triples of snatch. Each set of triples and pull-ups were done every minute on the minute… so the workout only took 15 minutes. This is how I wrote it up…

Clean 3-3-3-3-3

Hang Clean 3-3-3-3-3

Snatch 3-3-3-3-3

5 pull-ups after every set of triples

Begin set of triples every minute on the minute
